Results across the UK
Out of all our quizzers across the UK, Scotland came out on top with the highest correct score average at 64.74% followed by East Anglia (64.17%) and London (63.12%), while the West Midlands and Wales got the two lowest scores.
Baby Boomers consistently outperformed all other generations, with an average 69% score compared to Gen Z’s 47% and Millennials 53%. This might be because almost 60% of over 55s who took part have visited mainland Europe over 10 times compared to just 23% of 18-24-year-olds.
Our results so far show that there’s a lot of opportunities to learn more about some of the continent’s most famous history, stories and facts. As and when countries begin to open up again after lockdown, many travellers will be thrilled to resume their adventures. Hopefully, this quiz has inspired them to explore and learn.
